TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
To be eligible, qualifying purchase must be made November 27-30, 2020. Offer applies only to qualifying kits listed below; a complete kit includes both front and rear components. Offer valid to consumers in the United States and Canada. No limit to the number of gift cards a single consumer can earn. Example: If a ST XTA Coilover kit and ST Adjustable Lowering Spring kit are purchased during the promotional period, the consumer qualifies for $350 in ST Visa gift cards. Rebate form and legible proof of purchase must be submitted online, at stsuspensions.com, or postmarked no later than December 31, 2020.
Qualify to earn a $250 ST Visa gift card with the purchase of a ST XTA Coilover kit.

1) A copy of a valid invoice, receipt or order confirmation with the qualifying purchase circled. The purchase date and products purchased must be readable. A spreadsheet of the total orders including ST invoice number, date of order, part number and quantity ordered can also be submitted. Handwritten invoices or receipts will not be accepted.
2) Rebate submissions that are chosen to be mailed in must be postmarked before the deadline stated on this form.
Offer applies to the original customer only. No clubs or groups. This offer cannot be combined with any other rebate. Offer is not transferable. Limit: one rebate per purchase of two qualifying products. Duplicate receipts and addresses will be rejected. Used products and products purchased via auction are not eligible.
